Refund policy

At KittyKove, your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in delivering quality products. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that custom-printed products made just for you (aka Print on Demand) cannot be returned. For health reasons, feline care goods (such as scratchers, beds, and toys) cannot be returned.

Refunds
After we’ve received your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. Once approved, we’ll issue a refund via your original payment method within 1 business day. 

Exchanges
The simplest way for us to exchange your item is for you to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item after your refund is approved. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at sales@kittykove.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we agree that the product is defective, we’ll send you a return shipping label and process an exchange or refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
