At KittyKove, we aim to deliver your favorite cat-themed products with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. During winter holidays or other peak shopping periods, processing times may vary slightly.

Shipping Time

We select the least expensive option for domestic shipping, unless you specified a preference during checkout. Typically, this is USPS or UPS. Our experience is that orders for the contiguous United States are delivered within 5-7 business days, but the carriers are not under our control, so we can't guarantee delivery times.

  • Domestic Orders: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on the destination and customs clearance). Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees are your responsibility and are not included in our product prices.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors, including courier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at sales@kittykove.com. We will investigate the issue and assist you accordingly.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If our system doesn't recognize your address, it will prompt you with a likely substitution. But there are those addresses that have different city names or slight changes - if you have that kind of address, please email us and let us know how to reach you! If we can't mail it as requested, we will email you to help us resolve it. 

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or is missing, please notify us at sales@kittykove.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos if applicable.
